The Ashes: Tales from Trent Bridge

13 July 2013 Last updated at 01:11 GMT Nottinghamshire's Trent Bridge cricket ground has hosted 21 Ashes Tests since 1899.

Opened in 1838 by William Clarke, the landlord of the adjoining Trent Bridge Inn, it was used as a football ground too.

For some time, Trent Bridge became the traditional home of the first Test of the Ashes series.
